Hi everyone.
What an absolutely fabulous day. No wind, beautiful sunshine, dead calm water, loads of people in the Park. No members, I exaggerate a little, we had approximately 15 members in attendance. Where were you all!!
We had a really relaxing morning, John went out early with rescue boat to take some photographs from the middle of the lake, they will feature on the website when he has picked his best ones. Mark and Andrew M contributed to the photographic duties as well thank you to them for doing that for the club.
No yachts today reason no wind. we all had chance to have a good natter and we welcomed Alan and Josie into the club today, Josie joins us as an associate member, so ladies please make her welcome not forgetting Alan of course.
One or two of us had a bit of club 500 practice around the buoys honing or skills for the next race day which of course is next Sunday 1st April, and that will be No Joke (get it).
After tea and toast we finished for the day at 12.00.
